What Does the Teektrue Warranty Cover?
Material Coverage:
All Teektrue decking materials are covered by a 6-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the raw materials. This means you can trust in the long-term quality and performance of your deck.
Workmanship Guarantee:
When your Teektrue deck is fabricated and installed by a certified Teektrue deckmaker at an approved boatyard, your installation is protected by a workmanship guarantee. Certified deckmakers ensure every deck is crafted and fitted to the highest standards using the Teektrue System.
Who Is Eligible?
The Teektrue warranty applies only to decks installed by certified Teektrue deckmakers at approved boatyards, with boats stored out of water during installation.
Certification Verification:
Customers are responsible for verifying their installer’s certification with us before installation to ensure full warranty coverage.
Registration Process:
After installation, we will request photos of the finished deck with the certified deckmaker present. The deck is then registered as a Teektrue Deck upon your satisfaction with the installation.
Warranty Coverage:
Materials: 6-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the raw materials.
Workmanship: Guaranteed by the certified deckmaker who fabricates and fits the deck using the Teektrue system.
Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or installation by non-certified individuals is not covered.
Supplying to Deckmakers:
We sell Teektrue materials to deckmakers, but full warranty coverage is only available if they are certified and follow the approved installation process.
Reasonableness:
This requirement is protection against poor installations and helps to meet strict quality standards. It also aligns with the practices of leading brands, where certified professionals and controlled installation conditions are prerequisites for warranty validity.

Exclusions
