Warranty Coverage

Teektrue is committed to providing high-quality marine decking materials designed for durability and performance. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to:

Defects in the raw material, including manufacturing faults.
Premature degradation under normal marine environmental conditions, such as UV exposure, saltwater, and typical wear and tear.
Delamination or material failure when properly fabricated and installed in accordance with Teektrue guidelines.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Improper fabrication, installation, or maintenance.
Damage caused by third-party installers, agents, or unauthorized service providers.
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental conditions outside normal marine use.
Alterations or modifications made to the material after purchase.
Colour variations, as minor differences may naturally occur between production batches.

Warranty Limitations
Teektrue is a material supplier and does not assume liability for issues related to fabrication or installation performed by third parties.
Any warranties related to the craftsmanship or installation are the responsibility of the fabricator or installer.
Liability is limited to the replacement of defective material or a refund of the original purchase price, at Teektrue’s discretion.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure this warranty remains valid, customers must:Use Teektrue materials as intended and follow care and maintenance guidelines.
Ensure installation is performed by qualified professionals adhering to Teektrue recommendations.
Notify Teektrue of any defects within [e.g., 30 days] of discovery and provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

Proof of purchase.
Description of the issue.
Photographs of the defect.
Claims will be evaluated, and valid claims will be resolved promptly through replacement or refund.

Disclaimer
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Teektrue. It supercedes any other express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Teektrue’s liability is limited to the terms stated herein and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
