• Applicability: Applies to Deckfab panels purchased for DIY installation or non-certified fitters.

• Material Coverage: Includes a 6-year material warranty, covering defects in decking panels under normal marine conditions.

• Exclusions: Does not include workmanship guarantees; customers are responsible for proper installation following provided guidelines.

3. Teektrue Approved Boatyard Warranty

• Applicability: Reserved exclusively for decks installed at Teektrue-approved boatyards where boats are stored out of water during installation.

General Warranty Terms

1. Material Coverage:

   • All decking materials supplied by Beautiful Marine Floors are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions:

   • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions.

   • Wear and tear consistent with normal use, including fading or discolouration caused by environmental exposure.

   • Issues arising from improper installation (except under Teektrue Approved Boatyard Warranty).

3. Inspection and Claims Process:

   • Customers must inspect decking panels upon receipt and prior to installation to ensure they meet expectations and are free from defects.

   • To initiate a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a description of the problem. BMF reserves the right to inspect the panels or installation to assess claim validity.

4. Limitations:

   • This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective materials at BMF’s discretion. It does not cover removal, reinstallation, or associated labour costs (except under Teektrue Approved Boatyard Warranty).

   • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
