1. Material Warranty

All Teektrue certified decking materials are covered by a 6-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This ensures the durability and reliability of your decks, so your deck maintains its quality over time.

2. Teektrue Deck Warranty Registration

To activate the warranty:

Complete the Teektrue Warranty Registration Form after deck fabrication.

Submit photos of the finished deck prior to installation with the certified deckmaker present.

Registration confirms that your installation meets all Teektrue quality criteria.

3. Certification Verification

Before installation, customers should verify that their installer is Teektrue-certified. Only certified deckmakers at approved locations are eligible for the full warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions.
Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration from environmental exposure.
Deck fabrication by non-certified individuals or at non-approved locations, which voids the warranty.
