1. Material Warranty

All Teektrue certified decking materials are covered by a 6-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This ensures the durability and reliability of your decks, so your deck maintains its quality over time.

• 2. Teektrue Deck Warranty Registration

To activate the warranty:

Complete the Teektrue Warranty Registration Form after deck fabrication.

Submit photos of the finished deck prior to installation with the certified deckmaker present.

• Registration confirms that your installation meets all Teektrue quality criteria.

3. Certification Verification

Before installation, customers should verify that their installer is Teektrue-certified. Only certified deckmakers at approved locations are eligible for the full warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions.

• Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration from environmental exposure.

• Deck fabrication by non-certified individuals or at non-approved locations, which voids the warranty.
