The TeekTrue Certified Deckmaker OEM Program is designed for professional deckmakers who want to deliver high-quality marine decks using TeekTrue materials while offering customers the security of a full OEM warranty. Only Certified Deckmakers at approved locations are authorised to participate in this program. This ensures that every deck meets TeekTrue’s rigorous standards for materials, installation, and craftsmanship.

Decks built under the OEM Program are covered by the TeekTrue Certified Deckmaker OEM Warranty. This warranty protects both the materials and proper installation, giving customers confidence that their deck is constructed to the highest standards and backed by an official warranty. The six-year warranty applies exclusively to decks built by certified professionals and registered according to TeekTrue guidelines.

To activate the OEM warranty, the deck must be registered after fabrication through the TeekTrue Warranty Registration process. This requires completing the Warranty Registration Form and submitting photos of the finished deck prior to installation with the certified deckmaker present. Registration confirms that the deck has been built to TeekTrue quality criteria and validates full warranty coverage.

Customers should always verify that their installer is a TeekTrue Certified Deckmaker. Only decks built by certified professionals at approved locations are eligible for the full OEM warranty. This process ensures consistency, reliability, and confidence in the quality of each deck produced under the program.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow TeekTrue care instructions. Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration from environmental exposure, is also excluded. Decks fabricated by non-certified individuals or at non-approved locations are not eligible and void the warranty entirely.
