Installation certification methods

Deckfab Certified Yards
For larger vessels, typically 45ft and above, full-size Teektrue certified decks are fabricated and installed at a certified yard. These established boatyards have undercover facilities and the experience to remove old teak, fittings, caulking, and hardware before the new deck is fitted. This method delivers the highest quality and durability, though it comes at a higher overall project cost due to the scale of work and professional yard facilities required.

Beautiful Marine Floor Mobile Fitters
For smaller boats, Beautiful Marine Floors fit Deckfab “Express” panels. These prefabricated panels are designed for quicker installation and can often be fitted directly on site without the need for full yard facilities. This makes the process faster and more cost-effective, providing a practical option for smaller areas, partial replacements, or projects where budget and turnaround time are key considerations. Installation guarantees are provided directly by the Beautiful Marine Floor subcontractor but their suitability and experience for such work is checked by Beautiful Marine Floors to allow them to advertise themselves as certified fitters.
